Our 1,000 sq. ft. LED volume/virtual production stage replaces the conventional green screen VFX and rear projection techniques with a system of linked high-end LED panels. The same technology is used by Disney productions such as “The Mandalorian.”

Arc Studios would not exist without the collaboration between two companies that have mastered the combination of creativity and technology: Gear Seven and Meptik, not to mention the minds at disguise software and Epic Games.

Gear Seven is an award-winning video production company, with a deep roster of creative talent, and an impressive inventory of in-house resources including the industry’s most advanced cinema robotics, pursuit vehicles, and state-of-the-art production technology.

Meptik creates otherworldly content experiences through the design and technical implementation of immersive environments for extended reality (xR), augmented reality (AR), and virtual production.

Through this collaboration Arc Studios was launched as a virtual video production studio that can shoot nearly anything our clients can dream up, nearly anywhere in this (or any other) world, right here in Nashville.

Pre-Visualization Using Our LED Volume Wall Production Stage

Before the shoot, all teams come together to make absolutely sure that every detail looks and feels exactly the way you envisioned it.

Art Direction & Pre-Lighting

We encourage 1-2 days to dial in custom sets and pre-light the scenes.

Shoot Day(s)

At this point in your project, call times have been established and production begins. The next visual masterpiece is ready to be put in the can!

Additional Services for Content

CGI

To enhance your final video, our team can render out any Unreal Engine scenes to be used as insert shots in the final piece. This can be helpful to tie together the captured footage seamlessly into a larger creative narrative.

Post-Production & Delivery

What you saw during the shoot was 95% of the final result of your project. If you need that last bit polished and perfected, our editors and colorists can get that done for you as well. We’ll wrap up and deliver the final files of your project in a perfect little bow, making sure you are 100% satisfied with the results.
